Shipping policy

Our aim is to have items leave our warehouse within 1 business day of purchase. Mystery Subscription Bundles are shipped once a month on or around the 20th. We will use a carrier that provides tracking, and upload the tracking number so you can follow the package. We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. 

For international orders :

Please note that at this time we are not accepting direct international orders. You are welcome to place an order through a freight forwarder, but our responsibility for the package ends once it is delivered to the freight forwarder. All of our packages ship with tracking. Customs duties and fees are your responsibility. 

Problems with delivery :

If for some reason your item has not arrived and it is more than 3 days past the expected date of delivery please reach out to us by email at thegratefulhippie2019@gmail.com so we can work with you to address the issue.
